Your questions, answered.

How does this process work?

Set up time to talk with your dedicated Tandem concierge and they'll collect information on your office. They'll create an account for you to upload photos & videos of your office to make a listing.

From there, Tandem will work with you to understand your financial goals for the space & what types of companies you'd like to share with. We'll only send you options that meet your criteria.

If a group that reaches out is interesting to you, we'll help you schedule a 15 minute tour. From there, we'll handle all the legal, insurance, payment, and onboarding.

What am I committing to if I list my space?

Nothing.

It is free and no-strings-attached to list your space on Tandem. We don't make money unless you do, and you can cancel your listing any time.

What am I expected to provide for a group?

Furnished space, wifi, utilities, janitorial, and keycard access.

Everything else beyond that is an optional amenity.

What if I want to stop sharing my space?

Tandem's agreements have a 30-day without cause termination clause. If you decide you want your space back for any reason, with 30 days notice we can remove the company from your space.

How does Tandem make money?

Tandem takes a 15% fee on rent as it is paid.
